Food recall issued for mixed nuts sold in Ontario

Nut mixes sold in Ontario have been recalled over salmonella contamination.

"Do not use, sell, serve or distribute the affected products," the CFIA warns in the recall notice published on Dec. 3.

CFIA labelled this recall a Class 2, meaning there's a moderate risk consuming the food may lead to short-term, or non-life threatening health problems.
